Privacy Policy Alphaprime Inc. ("Alphaprime") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act. It also provides information on how to address any grievances related to personal information. Please note that any updates to this Privacy Policy will be announced on our website or through individual notifications. ○ This policy is effective as of January 1, 2019. 1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information Alphaprime processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information will not be used for any purpose other than those specified below. If the purpose of use changes, we will seek prior consent. A. Homepage membership registration and management: - Confirming the intention to join - Identifying and authenticating individuals for membership-based services - Maintaining and managing membership qualifications - Implementing limited personal identification in accordance with the Real Name Verification Policy - Preventing unauthorized use of services - Verifying legal guardian consent for the collection of personal information of children under 14 - Sending various notifications and notices - Handling grievances B. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information ①  Alphaprime processes and retains personal information within the personal information retention and usage period stipulated by law or agreed upon when collecting personal information from the data subject. ②  Each personal information processing and retention period is as follows. Personal information related to item 1 is retained and used for the purposes stated above from the date of consent for collection and use until the end of the retention period. - Retention Basis: Identity verification for paid services, purchase and fee payment, provision of goods and customized services - Related Laws:   1) Credit information collection/processing and usage records: 3 years   2) Consumer complaints or dispute handling records: 3 years   3) Payment and supply of goods records: 5 years   4) Contract or subscription withdrawal records: 5 years   5) Display/advertisement records: 6 months 4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties ①  Alphaprime only provides personal information to third parties when it meets the conditions specified in Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act, such as the consent of the information subject or special provisions of the law. ②  Alphaprime provides personal information to third parties as follows: - Personal information recipient: 'Alphaprime' - Purpose of use of personal information by recipient: Email, mobile phone number, login ID, gender, date of birth, name, credit card information, bank account information, service usage records, access logs, cookies, access IP information, payment records - Retention and usage period of the recipient: 5 years 5. Rights, Obligations, and Exercise Methods of Information Subjects As a user, you have the following rights as an information subject: ①  Information subjects may exercise the following rights related to personal information protection at any time against 'Alphaprime':   1. Request for access to personal information   2. Request for correction in case of errors   3. Request for deletion   4. Request for suspension of processing ②  Rights under paragraph 1 can be exercised through written, email, fax, etc., according to the Personal Information Protection Act Enforcement Rule Form No. 8. ③  If the information subject requests correction or deletion of personal information due to errors, 'Alphaprime' will not use or provide the relevant personal information until the correction or deletion is completed. ④  The rights under paragraph 1 can be exercised through a legal representative or authorized representative of the information subject. In this case, you must submit a power of attorney according to the Personal Information Protection Act Enforcement Rule Form No. 11. 6. Items of Personal Information Processed ①  'Alphaprime' processes the following personal information items: - Required items: Email, password, login ID, name, service usage records, access logs, cookies, access IP information - Optional items: Mobile phone number, gender, date of birth, credit card information, bank account information, payment records 7. Destruction of Personal Information In principle, 'Alphaprime' destroys personal information without delay when the purpose of processing is achieved. The procedures, deadlines, and methods of destruction are as follows: - Destruction procedure: User information is transferred to a separate DB (or document) after the purpose is achieved and stored for a certain period according to internal policies and related laws or destroyed immediately. Personal information transferred to the DB is not used for other purposes unless required by law. Personal information of destroyed users is destroyed within 5 days from the end of the retention period if the retention period has expired, and within 5 days from the date when personal information is deemed unnecessary due to the achievement of the processing purpose, service closure, or business termination. - Destruction method: Electronic files containing information are destroyed using technical methods that make it impossible to reproduce the records. Paper documents containing personal information are shredded or incinerated. 8. Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information 'Alphaprime' takes the following technical, administrative, and physical measures necessary to ensure security in accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act: 1. Regular self-audits: Regular self-audits (quarterly) are conducted to ensure the security of personal information handling. 2. Minimization and education of personal information handling employees: Employees handling personal information are designated and limited to responsible personnel, minimizing the management of personal information. Regular training is provided to employees to keep them informed about personal information protection policies and procedures. 3. Establishment and implementation of internal management plans: An internal management plan is established and implemented to ensure the safe processing of personal information. 4. Technical measures against hacking, etc.: 'Alphaprime' installs security programs, periodically updates and inspects them, and installs systems in areas with controlled access from the outside to prevent personal information leakage and damage caused by hacking or computer viruses. It also employs technical and physical surveillance and blocking measures. 5. Encryption of Personal Information User's personal information, such as passwords, is encrypted and stored and managed so that only the user knows it. Important data is encrypted or locked using separate security features such as file and transmission data encryption or file locking functions. 9.
